We here present our loving and loveable little dog, Ashley. We got her in 1987 from PAWS, an animal protection group in Connecticut; as a five month old pup with a lot of energy and love to give. We adore her. She is a perfect little lady, loves to go for walks and is perfectly trained so she doesn't need a leash. Also loves going on the boat with us and hanging out at different marinas, checking out boats with Mr. Bill and the Editor. Never having experienced the joys of motherhood, Ashley has nevertheless shared in the joy of family life chez Benac and will always be "one of us"!
Enjoying her role as Mistress of the Seas, Ashley rides out with Mr. Bill and grandson William Allred.
Endowed with classical beauty, Ashley occasionally yields to artists' entreaties to immortalize her in paint
