"I was wrong. I'm sorry. I love you."
The Holy Trinity of personal redemptive sentiment.

January 19: Politics. It can drive you crazy, but oh, Gentle Reader, do not withdraw, or you will find yourself victim to other peoples' passions and agendae. Tonight's election to fill the vacated senatorial seat created by Ted Kennedy's death is a fascinating study of the impact those "independent thinkers,", or voters who vote according to their own deeply held principles rather than strictly down party lines, can have on not just their own state, but on the entire country. Look to Massachusetts for a lesson on how our system works. If the pendulum swings too far, and the people discover it banging their heads , they will respond. Thank you, Massachusetts!

Listen to a rumbling political earthquake in the acceptance speech of Senator-elect Scott Brown. Think about it. And vote your conscience, not your Party. Oh, and if your conscience is sending you different messages than mine is sending me, rejoice! This is America, and another election will roll around before you know it.

Uh, why, Mr. Political Action for Space blogger, would you ever suggest such a thing? We are RESPONSIBLE and duty-bound to be politically active. It's our patriotic duty. I will promise you this, though: I will only blog about politics when and if I FEEL like it!
    Bwaaa ha ha! Love you!
(It's a free country and we can blog about anything we like, right?)
